having used the kp system twice; one with taui and an online site, ive received 2 different ascendant sign...aquarius with taui and virgo with the other site. what culd be the reasons for that?

I just wanted to update you on the progress so far in regards to theon demand kametic astrology classes that I have yet to recieve as well as the password to the kametic astrology section of the site. I have tried to contact Taui again via email and have giving a few weeks but still have yet to get a response about this issue. I would really like to finish the course by takeing my last 3 classes. Please inform me as to what steps I should take to try and resolve this issue.
